Loading... A Customer Service Representative is needed for a production facility in Berryville, This position will require MS Office experience, and strong computer and communication skills.

GOAL Web customer service and order entry processing for all orders from websites. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Process web orders, download eBay, scan emails for order changes, release orders from admin hold, print by Amazon, eBay, DS, Ministry, and Shop.
Stamp same day orders / scan orders to shipping
- Process web orders by phone or email
- Process multiple email accounts for all the websites customer service sites
- Data Entry- keying and printing orders, release orders on admin hold
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Good communication skills, written and verbal
- Time management
- Problem solving
- Attention to detail
- Work independently
- Task oriented
- Fast typing skills
- Experience with MS Office
REQUIRED EDUCATION
- High school diploma or GED
